They offered no leniency; when I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment, they cancelled it. Yet, on other occasions, I would wait for half an hour past my scheduled time without saying a word. Furthermore, during one visit, I needed a referral to a gynecologist for my wife, only to be surprised to find that they had referred me to a physical therapist instead. I do not feel a sense of care or concern here; they truly feel like strangers.

Great care

Relatively new to the office and I've had a wonderful experience so far. I saw Susan for my most recent visit and she was so pleasant to interact with; she responded to all my questions, explained when I needed clarification on, and helped me with an insurance issue. Communication through the portal has been prompt and easy. Can't say nice enough things about the people I've interacted with here.

Susan Garrity is an excellent provider. She listened with interest and feedback to my concerns and had answers for all my concerns. Even accompanied me to the front desk to book additional appointments and gave me a referral, I left the practice very satisfied and less nervous than when I arrived, I am so glad Susan is my PCP for both me and my adult handicapped son!

I have been very pleased with the care provided by the practice overall, by Ms. Briggs, Selina (can't remember last name?), Ms. Doucette as well as the office staff. I'd like to recognize Lance in particular in the office for being of great help to me recently when I needed to get medical documentation for a trip to Japan while I was in another state. This very busy practice does a great job of providing quality care with a great "bedside manner." Thank you for all you do.

Great doctor, went in for an issue and received exceptional care. Seems management is getting better and new staff as well. A lot better than previous experiences all together.

Jillian Barry the pca I see is fantastic. She is aware of the daily issues I face and shows genuine concern for all my health needs. Helps me see the correct specialists to see what can be done to help me. She is always on top of my medications and my diabetblood pressure. pressure. Knows the physical pain I face daily and understands regarding weather how it effects my walking and joint and nerve issues. She makes sure I am on testing that are do for my age and immuzations I am suppose to have. Very pleased with her professional manner and concern for my well being. I am very comfortable speaking with her in regards to anything and everything like it should be with your dr.

Ive been waiting for a while to find a new doctor and I'm grateful I landed here. had a fantasticc experience as a new patient at this office. The front staff were welcoming and professional, and the manager personally came out to greet me. She was incredibly kind and attentive. I was then seen by Sophia, who was equally caring and thorough. I highly recommend!
