Our board-certified cardiologist and internist, John Terzian, MD, FACC, has over 44 years of experience in internal medicine and cardiology and oversees every case.

Dr. Terzian and our team diagnose, treat, and manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, and vascular disease and promote overall health and wellness. Our family medicine services include physical exams, sick visits, women’s health care, and flu shots. Same-day appointments are available.

We have in-house laboratory services at Bridgewater Primary Care & Cardiology, LLC, for blood work, and offer access to our fully certified cardiovascular laboratory for patient convenience. Dr. Terzian may recommend general ultrasound, general nuclear medicine testing, nuclear stress testing, stress echo testing, echocardiograms, vascular testing, pulse volume recording (PVR) or abdominal aortic ultrasound onsite with our fully certified technicians.

We have affiliations with Mass General Brigham in Boston, South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth, and Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, Massachusetts.

Dr. John K. Terzian is a board-certified internist and cardiologist conveniently located in West Bridgewater servicing patients in Southeastern Massachusetts for more than 40 years. Since the inception of Bridgewater Primary Care and Cardiology, LLC in 2010 Dr. Terzian has strived to build a medical home for his patients which includes full-primary care provider services including board certified nurse practitioners, a reference laboratory and general ultrasound. Also, a full cardiovascular suite which includes nuclear medicine, cardiac ultrasound, vascular ultrasound, electrocardiograms, and cardiac monitoring. Having studied at Boston University School of medicine and completing a residency at Boston VA Medical Center and a cardiology fellowship at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Terzian is ready to provide all patients with a superior primary care and cardiology program that they desire and deserve.
